Enduracon Technologies is recognized within the Upper Midwest concrete industry as an innovative formulator, manufacturer and distributor of concrete performance products. The company’s technical expertise is regularly called upon to ensure concrete performance under the most demanding conditions.

Projects that have received national attention by demonstrating the strength and durability characteristics of concrete – and which have benefited from Enduracon expertise – includes the Northwestern National Life Insurance Company building in Minneapolis, MN, and the Wells Fargo parking facility, also in Minneapolis.

Products manufactured and distributed by Enduracon Technologies have been recognized for their superior performance characteristics and have enabled the company to increase sales for the past several seals at a rate of more than 25% per year.

Enduracon Technologies was founded in 1999 in St. Paul, MN by Larry Nelson. Mr. Nelson had worked in the concrete industry all his adult life. As a concrete contractor, Mr. Nelson specialized in work that challenged what was then considered acceptable limits for concrete. Typical projects included special applications of exposed aggregate, textured finishes, colored and stamped concrete and custom patio work.

Many of the special processes and technologies that enhance the quality and durablity of concrete - and are offered by Enduracon Technologies today - were pioneered in-the-field by Mr. Nelson. Since 1985 Mr. Nelson has been an active member of the Aggregate and Ready-Mix Association of Minnesota, actively involved with promoting cast-in-place concrete. He has also been membership chairman of the organization since 1993.
